Usage, reconciliation, and invoices

Read billing periods, per-agent usage, managed-model totals, invoices, and delayed provider reconciliation.

The Billing dashboard combines subscription state, infrastructure usage, managed-model usage, and invoices. These values do not all update at the same speed.

Select a period

Use the period picker to view the current month, a previous available month, or lifetime usage. The current period can change as new provider exports and model activity arrive.

Usage by agent

The per-agent view attributes infrastructure charges to the agent that owned the cloud resources. Provider and resource details remain associated with terminated agents so late export rows can still be reconciled correctly.

Pagination controls change how many agents are visible; they do not change the aggregate total.

Managed model usage

The managed section shows billed usage, provider usage, any applicable markup, request/token information when available, the active managed key label, and the spending cap.

An activity synchronization warning means the most recent provider data could not be fully loaded. Do not assume the displayed amount is final until synchronization recovers.

Infrastructure reconciliation

Cloud providers publish detailed billing data after resources run. Pneum.ai attributes those rows to agents and meters the resulting customer total. The reconciliation view can show:

  • billed provider cost;
  • line-item totals;
  • pending difference;
  • latest provider export time;
  • individual resource or SKU lines.

Recent runtime estimates and reconciled provider charges serve different purposes. Use estimates for planning and reconciled totals for invoice review.

Invoices and payment management

Invoices and charges lists available billing documents and statuses. Use the billing portal action to manage supported payment details and subscription settings. A failed payment can gate new launches even when existing provider resources still incur charges.

When a number looks wrong

Record the billing period, agent name and ID, provider, displayed amount, export time, and invoice status. Avoid terminating an agent solely to hide a disputed row; historical charges remain valid. Follow integrations and billing troubleshooting.
