Documentation overview

Pneum.ai gives each hosted agent its own cloud computer. The Cloud Console creates and controls that computer. The agent workspace is where you talk to the assistant, connect services, review actions, manage notes, and follow background work.

The basic path

1. Create an account and verify your email.
2. Choose a plan and finish billing setup.
3. Open Cloud Console → Agents and select the plus button.
4. Review the recommended runtime and estimated infrastructure cost.
5. Select Launch Agent and wait for the agent to become ready.
6. Open the UI link on the agent card and complete first-run setup.

The quickstart walks through that path without changing the recommended options. The launch guide explains every step in detail.

Two product surfaces

Surface	What you do there
Cloud Console	Launch, start, stop, schedule, secure, estimate, and terminate agent computers.
Agent workspace	Chat or speak, select models, install integrations, approve actions, and manage work.

An agent computer can be running before the services inside it are ready. The Cloud Console shows running, loading, and ready separately so you know when the workspace can accept a connection. See agent statuses for the complete state model.

What is isolated

Each agent has a separate boot disk, runtime, notes, tool configuration, credentials, and conversation state. A Pro account can use this separation for work, home, or project-specific agents. Terminating one agent does not terminate another, but termination permanently deletes the selected agent’s VM and disk.

Important: stopping and terminating are different. Stop turns off compute but retains the boot disk and its storage charge. Terminate deletes the computer and disk permanently.

UI labels appear in bold. Values you type or copy appear in code. A warning calls out a cost, security, or destructive consequence. Guides describe the hosted product unless they explicitly say otherwise.
