Open Cloud Console

Account and plan setup

Create an account, verify access, choose a plan, and complete the billing gate before launching an agent.

Cloud controls remain locked until your account has a verified email and an active billing plan. This protects the infrastructure controls and ensures new compute has an owner.

Create and verify the account

  1. Select Start Basic or choose a plan on the pricing page.
  2. Create your account through the secure sign-up flow.
  3. Open the verification message sent to your email address.
  4. Return to Pneum.ai after verification. If the page still says verification is pending, use Refresh Session.

Do not share the sign-in session or verification link. Cloud lifecycle operations require an authenticated, verified account.

Choose a plan

Basic is designed for one everyday CPU agent. Pro supports multiple separated agents and allows GPU runtimes for hosted Voice Studio or compatible open-weight models such as Gemma. Team capabilities may be displayed as coming soon and cannot be selected until they are enabled.

The subscription is only one layer of the total cost. Running infrastructure and model usage are metered separately. Review plans and limits before checkout if you expect to run several agents, need custom voice, or plan to host an open-weight model.

Review the estimate

The onboarding estimate combines:

  • the recurring plan price;
  • an assumed number of running compute hours;
  • the selected CPU or GPU profile;
  • an assumed amount of managed model usage.

It is planning guidance, not a fixed invoice. Your actual cloud charge depends on the launched machine, location, disk, uptime, and provider pricing. Model charges depend on the models and token volume used.

Complete billing

Select the plan action to enter checkout. After successful checkout, Pneum.ai returns you to the Cloud Console. If the dashboard still asks for billing setup, wait briefly for confirmation and refresh before attempting another checkout.

Do not open repeated checkout sessions to solve a delayed confirmation. Check the billing page first so you do not create confusing duplicate sessions.

What becomes available

After the billing gate is complete, Cloud Console → Agents allows launches up to the plan’s active-agent limit. Billing shows the plan, usage, managed-model totals, spending cap, invoices, and available payment management actions.

Continue with the first-agent quickstart.
